1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver nationwide — to all major cities and towns across Bangladesh.
  • Our trusted courier partners ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳ 60
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳ 130

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • You will receive an SMS or call for order verification before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can use this number to check your delivery status anytime.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Bangladesh for your convenience.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the time of delivery.
  • Read Carefully !!
    1. "For Orders up to 5000 BDT" - Cash on Delivery is available.
    2. "For Orders Inside Dhaka" - No advance required (for orders under 3000 BDT, in special circumstances, we may ask for an advance).
    3. "For Orders Outside Dhaka & Orders under 3000 BDT", a courier fee advance of 110 BDT is required.
    4. Any order "above 3000BDT requires 10% advance" for order confirmation.
